I live in a very restrictive HOA neighborhood, can you help me get through the HOA approval process?
I also live in a neighborhood with an HOA. As such, I have been through the process of submitting requests for changes to the exterior of my home and I will gladly provide you with the information you and they need to clearly understand what changes will be made, the timeline for completion, and the expectations for the final product to simplify your process.
What experience do you have?
I have worked in this industry for approximately 25 years starting as a window screen installer for a large mobile service in Memphis before relocating to Charlotte for my other career as a Mechanical Engineer.
What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time and on budget?
All projects are quoted with a materials and installation budget. The only changes I will request to your final project cost will be directly related to changes to your product specifications after the orders have been submitted. Any other changes are my responsibility.
